If I could give this salon a 1 star I would. The staff are unfriendly, rude and unhelpful. I used them for a groupon booking, my sister had bought me a pamper package through groupon and when i tried to ring them and book it took me 9 attempts. 9! They don't answer the phone unless they feel like it, and don't even have an answering machine.. very professional.
I ended up being very ill on the days running up to my appointment with stomach flu and tried to ring to cancel- obviously they didnt answer. I rang every day until it got to the morning of my appointment when they finally answered. I explained my circumstances and they were nasty, rude and offhand with me- saying I hadn't given them 48 hours notice , despite the fact I had tried to contact them to no avail. It wasn't my fault they couldn't be bothered to answer the phone.
They then said it was tough and that I'd lost my money and my pamper package because they cant make exceptions. They're ripping people off. All you have to do is take a look at their website to see they're tacky. I've contacted groupon and reported them. Save yourself time and money, dont use them!! read more
