She was 45 minutes late, which she did discount for, to her credit. After 5.5 hours I came home with red hair, hardly any blonde, my original root grow out lines, bleach bleed and foil lines. However, there has been one reoccurring issue: she's late. Every single appointment she is not there on time. My last appointment I waited over an hour (!), and the one before that she simply forgot. I am patient and understanding, but today was the last straw. I let her know when I scheduled the appointment that I needed my appointment to start on time. I texted the day before to confirm the appointment. The day came and she wasn't there. Again. I texted. No reply. I waited. Nothing. I'm sure she had another perfectly reasonable reason for being late, but I left, frustrated and in tears, with my hair only half completed with what we set out to do. I imagine she can't do this to every client, else she wouldn't have any. I also imagined this wouldn't happen to me every single time, but it did. I now have to find someone else to finish what she started, and it will probably take weeks to get me in. I am extremely disappointed.
