About halfway through I realized I've been coming often enough that the monthly membership would make sense for me. Slightly discounted from the regular price. I've had multiple stylist and all good experiences but some I liked more than others- Phoebe, Gabby, Scar, and Iannkel are my favorites. I show them inspo pics of what I want and they work their magic. I love the products they use in my hair - it always smells so good when I'm done. It's that dry bar signature scent. I will say I've been to other dry bars like in Palo Alto and SoCal that didn't do a great job but I've had great experiences at the LG location. Just find a stylist or two you really like and stick with them.

The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and immediately shut it down, repeatedly citing their 15-minute grace period. I explained the situation and still tried my best to make it there within that window. We arrived at 4:44 into the parking lot and ran into the building at 4:46pm, I was parking and helping my elderly mother-in-law out of the car--I wasn't going to rush off and leave her behind just to check in a minute earlier. When we got to the front desk, they refused to accommodate us. The receptionist said she would "go ask the manager," but the time spent doing that could've been used to actually start our services. There was zero flexibility, zero empathy, and no effort to make a birthday visit feel special. We ended up leaving without getting our hair done. For a service-based business, especially one centered around pampering and customer experience, this was incredibly disappointing.

The first time, there was confusion finding my booking, which caused delays. Today, it happened again. I was told there was a problem with their system, and instead of finding a solution, my appointment was simply canceled because they no longer had time to perform the service. What is particularly frustrating is the double standard. Customers are charged a $25 cancellation fee if they cancel, but when the salon cancels on a customer due to its own internal issues, all you get is a quick "sorry." There was very little effort made to resolve the situation, offer an alternative, or accommodate me in any meaningful way. To make matters worse, getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible, as calls often go unanswered. After two disappointing experiences, I no longer have confidence in this location's scheduling and customer service. I will be taking my myself elsewhere and would not recommend this location to anyone who values reliability and customer care.

Before starting, I clearly explained to Chris that with my hair texture, blow drying alone would not be sufficient and that a flat iron was necessary. Despite this, he disregarded my concern and only blow dried my hair. On top of that, he left midway through the appointment to get something to eat, which was very unprofessional. Thankfully, Sam stepped in to help. She straightened my roots and curled my hair, and she did a great job fixing what she could. However, since the rest of my hair was never properly flat ironed, it became curly and frizzy again shortly after I arrived at my event. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
