John is a true old-school barber with decades of experience, and you can tell the moment you sit in the chair. I originally went in just looking for a good haircut, but he took one look at my beard and encouraged me to grow it out because he saw the potential. A few weeks later, he was absolutely right--the beard already looks much better thanks to his vision and guidance.
Beyond the haircut itself, John is a great storyteller and full of character, which makes the whole experience enjoyable. His shop is also unique--a renovated garage turned into a stylish barbershop with a lot of personality.
