Today, I was moved to a seat and ended up waiting 45 minutes just to have my eyebrows done. There were four staff members doing eyebrows at first, and then suddenly only two, even though there was clearly a long queue. No one seemed to care that I had been waiting so long, and there were no updates at all. I'm not usually someone who complains, as I know things can get busy, but this was ridiculous. Don't leave customers sitting for ages with no communication. One staff member was having long conversations with people, while another was busy arranging flowers--apparently that was more important than the waiting queue. What a joke!

Great for post work visits for me and they are walking distance from Gants Hill Underground station or you can park outside and then grab a bagel from across the road after :) all in all fantastic.
