I have found my new beauty salon! After recently moving to the Morgantown area, I turned to my neighbors for advice. I was referred to Ashley at "Hair on Main". I walked in off the street on a Friday afternoon and instantly, felt right at home. Ashley listened well while I described the haircut I wanted and, she got the cut perfect. When I told her how much I loved the cut, she took pictures and added them to my account information. (Great idea...no one has ever done that before) Much to my surprise, they applied a discount to my first visit and my bill was well under $20.00. I got a great cut at a great price. I had a cut, color and all over highlight by Polly, the owner of this salon..I was SO happy... she gave me a complete color consultation before we ever started.. so we BOTH knew what I wanted.. she told me how much it was going to cost.. so there were no hidden charges. I have read the other reviews here and I disagree completely.. the shop was neat and clean, the girls were friendly and professional. they offered tea or coffee while I was processing.. It was a warm & comfortable atmosphere.. I will be back,, I have found my salon and will be sticking to it!! read more

Absolutely love the hair stylist Polly. She is by far the best hair stylist I have ever had. I've been getting a hair cut by her for 19+ years. She was my hair stylist when I decided to try a perm out for size!! And she didn't even laugh at the end when I asked her to change it back. I would still be going to her if it wasn't for the fact that I moved to California. There have even been a few times that I wait to get a hair cut till I go back home to visit family!!! read more

Whether it's a haircut, color or an updo, Hair on Main Street is your best bet! I have had many bad haircuts along the way but never have I had a single bad experience or any type of poor service from this salon! I would highly recommend Hair on Main to anyone!
