Rae (the owner) is both personable and professional. She truly knows her craft. When I first walked in, I was feeling down about my hair changes due to my health, and Rae didn't just give me a hair consultation, she gave me a safe space to vent and feel heard. But the availability and organization is what I appreciate the most. Its hard to find a stylist thats available now with no bs. If you are looking for consistency I would say this is a good location. I am a new customer and i plan on staying for my routine cuts and silk presses. The ladies detangled my hair with no hesitation. ( Ladies be realistic about what you bring into these salons). They do advise of any upcharge, no surprises. I was in no denial abt the wreckage I caused during these past few months.
