She is so easy to talk to as well as very diligent. She took me in last minute and did such a good job- what I wanted was more time consuming- and she was so great. I did not feel rushed AT ALL. I showed her some reference photos and she blew me away. I am blonde, so I can be pretty picky with tones and everything, and Erin did an amazing job! I will 100% be returning. Also- when I get my haircut, my hairdresser usually cuts off more than I want. Erin did just what I wanted and I walked out with such confidence. 5 stars for sure!

They don't oversell you with services that you don't need. So far, I've been loving the shortest hair I currently have. I usually prefer my long haircut trims, but they just made the short hair work! My husband, on the other hand, hated the long waits in salons, so he often times avoid them. With them, everything is convenient (from appointment confirmation down to relaxed seats). My husband loved how precise his haircut was and he urged me to set an appointment for the next two months. Can't wait for my next visit!
