What made the experience even more frustrating was the way the situation was handled. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to resolve the issue professionally, they blamed me as the customer. Poor customer service and lack of accountability make it hard to trust this business. I would not recommend using their repair services based on my experience. Customers deserve honesty, quality work, and respect when paying for a service.

I was looking for a couple of hair products and combs for braiding ; this store has great potential! It is very organized and clean. They have a wide selection of braid hair (pre-stretch, extra long, solid color, ombré with natural and other colors, etc.) I wish I took pictures but I was in awe!! They also sell hair dye & bleach. I was pleased to see this because my usual beauty supply stores don't carry bleach, developer, or colorful hair dye so I also have to make seperste trip to Sally's. On the other hand, they don't have a huge inventory as fair as hair products like gel, conditioner, curling cream, etc. --I would say on average there were only 3-6 items in stock The employee present was extremely kind, greeted everyone as soon as they entered the store, and offered her assistance. She helped me get signed up for their rewards system which I LOVEEEE because if you shop at a beauty supply frequently (at least multiple times throughout there year), you know how much money is spent to invest in hair/beauty maintenance. It's a big plus to get discounts/rewards after accumulating enough points I will definite be back now that I know they have so many braid hair & hair dye options! I hope they are able to expand and get more products/stock in the near future too. I can only imagine it being a bit tough being new in a heavily saturated market but I recommend stopping by here and seeing what they have to offer!

I had been wanting to go here but had held off because I thought it might be a bit snooty or too trendy or something, but it's great. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel right at home. I met several of the staff and I would be willing to book with any of them. Kimber did a great job on my cut and color and I booked a future appointment with her. If I like my follow up appt I'll likely upgrade my rating to 5 stars. Oh, and while I was there I saw a wide range of styles, from a granny set to teal feathering to my inverted bob, so from what I saw they can do anything you like.
