This service (by her own admission) should have taken no longer than 3 hours. She was running late with a previous client, so I came back at 5:40pm. This wasn't a big deal for me as I understand things can run late. However, during my appointment, Kim proceeded to see another client for a cut, color, and blowdry, and then ANOTHER client for a cut and blowdry. By the time she got around to blowdrying my hair, she noticed there were some spots that she missed - right in the front framing my face. She offered to give me a discount. Personally, a little discount is not worth having spots in my hair! I asked that she redo those sections, along with other parts of my hair where the highlight color was a centimeter from my roots! This of course required even more of my time, ruining my evening when I should have been home at 8pm. If she hadn't been rushing trying to make more money with other clients, she would have done a better job and kept me as a return customer for the remainder of my time in Amsterdam (at least the next few years).
