The next day I brought it back not even knowing what was wrong with it. And they brushed me off saying it was my fault I ruined it. I didnt know anything about wigs and wasnt properly told how to maintain it. She apparently called her supplier who said the same. Now I called back today to see if theres anything she can do to help me as Im out $400 with an unwearable wig in less than 24 hours and she hung up on me!!! I went to a different wig shop where the person there explained to me properly how to care for a wig. If I had been properly told this I wouldnt be in this situation. Now I have to go to another place and purchase another expensive wig. Not happy!!!!
