She was able to fit in both my daughter and me during a busy week when I couldn't get an appointment anywhere else despite needing a haircut within three days. Claire is compassionate, humble, and professional. She has several years of experience. I have long, curly hair that requires a specific type of layering -- something I learned after many years and more than a few disastrous haircuts from less experienced stylists. I gave Claire a few instructions about how I wanted my hair cut, and she delivered a very flattering layered cut within 20 minutes. Needless to say, my daughter's long hair looked really lovely after Claire's expertise, too. I was so happy with the quality, professionalism, and price that I immediately booked my next cut, as well as a color service, with Claire. Highly recommended.

She was able to take care of me with a double wash, condition, blowout and roundbrush within the hour allotted time - this has literally NEVER happened anywhere else for me. They ALWAYS run out of time. The second time was for color. I normally do a coppery red, but hadn't had it done since COVID started - so about three years ago. She did an amazing job using my reference pictures and using innovative techniques (almost a reverse balayage thing?) to leave out some of my lighter pieces that I already liked the color of. She used three different colors and glosses to give me dimension. I was out within three hours with a beautiful blowout. I asked for an inch off and layers. The hair stylist cut off an inch and told me he was finished. I asked to talk about the layers. He then raised his voice and told me I was asking for two haircuts and he did not have time because he wanted to close the store. I wasn't inclined to argued with someone raising their voice with me or let him touch my hair again, so I walked out after unfortunately already paying and tipping the man. Terrible experience, would highly recommend finding another place for a haircut.
