So I saw this place on Yelp so thought to give it a try. OMG some of the best wings I ever had! So far I have tried the Spicy Lemon Pepper, Mango Habanero, and Original Spicy flavors as well as the Crazy Wife Fries. I would say the spicy lemon pepper is by far the best! I have eaten there in the past but we usually do take out and they are always very prompt. The wings are smaller but they are steroid free. I think I found my new spot for wings! read more

This place is really good. I appreciate the presentation of the food, the portion sizes, prices, and cleanliness of the restaurant. What they can improve on is their bread. The breads fall apart pretty easily I thinks it's too small to contain everything in it. The bbq wings were a little too basic - needed some more flavor. Overall though their food is good! read more

It's easy for someone to simply put a 1 star review and for someone to see the 1 star rating and think "this is someone who is simply upset". The reality is that I'm more disappointed than upset. This place used to be THE PLACE for wings. Both Muslim and non-Muslim customers would keep a consistent flow of traffic in the restaurant any day of the week you go there. Unfortunately it seems as time has passed the owner Ali has chosen cost cutting measures over quality. A decision that makes no sense since you had a perfect recipe (no pun intended). Let's start with what's gone wrong. Immediately out the door Ali has chosen have a one iPad type of system for ordering versus having the former (an individual that you can speak to and just have a human interaction with). But fine you may say hey I don't want to speak with anyone when ordering my food. One can let that pass. The problems continue to mount as you receive your food. Keep in mind the perspective of Halal Wings Plus' quality before the changes that Ali has decided to implement. So when reading this please understand my basis for the issues is based on what they CAN and DID produce. The wings are now consistently extremely over cooked and dry. This is due what I think is a new method of actually cooking the food. I truly don't think the wings are being deep fried anymore. I think and I could be wrong but they switched to using a conventional industrial air fryer. The chicken is extremely over cooked and dry as a result. There is no way around it. The sauces taste as if they come out of a bottle. Again before the changes the sauces had flavor and gave the mouth watering chicken the extra kick to make the food amazing. Now it tastes like they took a bottle off the shelf and tossed these over cooked wings. Overcooked cheap tasting wings = cost cutting measures. The fries are another story. The fries used to be the shoe string fries second to McDonald's fries. They were amazing. They are now your standard Walmart frozen fries. They are delivered to you lukewarm and oil soggy. A direct indication of refrying and/or reusing old product. The restaurant is being praised for its brisket and burgers and while they maybe be good (I wouldn't know I USED to go there for only their wings) they've lost touch of what made them stand out from the crowd. They were a restaurant that offer both Muslim and Non-Muslim customers great tasting food at a reasonable price. It seems that Ali has fallen victim to restaurant greed and decided to abandon the quality that made him stand out just to scrape a little more off the top. Ali if you ever read this please consider reverting back to the quality that made your restaurant stand out and you'll get my customer loyalty with no questions asked. Continue to go down the road you're going and you'll be another failed halal restaurant that have come and gone in Fremont. read more

Reason for rating was the customer service & bland wings flavoring. The employee taking orders on the phone was very rude. I constantly had to repeat myself when telling him my order. Wings were ok, I definitely had to put them in the oven when getting home to warm them up. I got mango habanero & chili lime... chile lime had no flavor to it. I wish they would put more of their sauce on their wings, that will probably bring out the flavor. My partner and I ordered 30 piece wings (original spicy, garlic parmesan, and lemon pepper), burger sliders with regular fries, and a side of garlic fries. I don't have a single complaint. There were a few extra wings for each flavor which I appreciate. The wings were nice and crispy. They packed a lot of to-go sauces with our meal. The sliders came with 3 mini burgers. They were surprisingly big burgers. I took a chance with ordering these because sliders aren't usually good, but these are good burgers.The size was perfect to eat and have some wings too. Finally was able to try these guys wings! So I ordered with all this pandemic going on and called in for a phone order and they immediately picked up, listened and took my order quickly. I had a special order so I was wondering if they got my order right. When I came to the store it was busy and there was a line. I was impressed on how organized they were. Bags were on the counter and when someone came to pick up their order said their name they knew exactly which bag was theirs. I also seen the open kitchen were these guys were hustling and moving quickly! That's a major plus just seeing that.. No half ass worker just being lazy and moving so slow like in most fast food joints. MmMmmm I have not craved other wings places since I've been here. It's a bonus they're halal, so I can cater to my halali fam & friends. I haven't tried anything but the spicy lemon pepper wings and garlic fries and suffice to say I'm hooked. They definitely use quality produce, hence their wings are much smaller than competitors. Parking is limited and seating but it's the place to go for your halal chicken wings. This was on of my favorite spots in Fremont. They had the best halal wings in the bay the prices were good back then but now a 6 piece wing is $11.50 and on top of that if you want to order for a party for a 40 pieces of wings for $69 in my opinion that's too much. The quality for the price is not worth it. Although it's halal I would not recommend due to the increase in pricing. Key question for me: Do they have the Wednesday dine in deal from 12pm to 6pm that SF does???? As others have alluded to the wings here are not the plumpy ones that you see at other venues so I'd say order 1.5x to 2x your normal order at a wings place. Can only split flavors starting at 20 pieces 12 pieces - $8.99 20 pieces (2 flavors) - $15.99 30 pieces (3 flavors) - $22.99 40 pieces (4 flavors) - $28.99 50 pieces (5 flavors) - $34.99 So for price/value I'd say that it's pretty good, if you know going in that the wings are smaller and you'll have to adjust your order accordingly. So why the 3 stars? Seems like they are still trying to figure things out and iron out the kinks a the new location. If they have the Wednesday SF dine in deal that would be a big plus but they didn't have any signage that indicated that. I'll likely come back and the service was good despite the rush. Saturday night and it was very busy. Ordered 20 wings of 10 Honey Garlic and 10 Garlic Parmesan. Took about 40 minutes to get my food. They gave me more than 20 wings. From their website it says that the smaller the wings the more wings they give. Some of the wings were actually the size of my pinky. Like 1/3 x 2 inches. One of the worst chicken wings I have had. The wings were not seasoned/marinated so the chicken itself was bland. Wings were fried but felt like they had been boiled. Honey garlic reminded me of some Thai Chili sauce and is not a great flavor to go with wings. Garlic Parmesan tasted more like Parsley with a hint of Parmesan. Don't go here for wings.
