Dave delivered to my second floor sewing room an extremely heavy cabinet, set it up, and took away the boxes and trash. Not every dealer will do this! Not only that but they sent their wonderful tech, Aaron, to my house to check out minor issues with my new machine. They know that the machine is way too heavy for me to get down the stairs and into my car. Instead they sent their very competent tech to me. I've never had a dealer offer to do this. I am so thrilled to have this resource so close to me. Anything you need related to Bernina is in the store or can be ordered. Don't even get me started on the FABRICS!
