My father purchased Microtech hearing aids from Robert Quison at Tru Ear. He had to return them…read moreapproximately 20 times in two years. Repeatedly, he would clean the aids, and they would stop working before arriving home 90 miles away from Springfield. Robert would not send the aids back to the manufacturer until, the warranty ran out. Then, he wanted $250 each to send them back. He will never do business with Tru Ear or Robert Quison again. This was an EXPENSIVE lesson!

I took him to see if a cleaning and tune up would help . We learned..... the hearing aids in his ears were USED! The computer showed another mans name was registered to my fathers hearing aids!! OH MY LORD. Disgusting!!!! I will contact the attorney general and anyone else that will help resolve this disgusting matter. Taking advantage of the elderly on limited income is awful!
