In fact, they now ring me yearly to ask if I want it booked in. Be careful of the hard sell for extra things to be done. You may be surprised by the cost of some things. I usually drop it in before work and arrange to be picked up by a work colleague. They seem to do a good job but hard to be 100% sure as I'm not a car mechanic. A star off this year for ringing me 30 minutes before the agreed pick up time and asking to keep the car overnight. Then, after I put my foot down, I did get it back the same day but with something missed in the work.
