There is a lift available if you have trouble with the stairs, and plenty of disabled/parents spaces in the car park.

When we got to the store they could not find the box despite trying for about 45 minutes. As it was closing time by then they agreed that we could have the next best box for the price we had been previously prepared to pay. By this time the store was shutting and we were left attempting to fit the box to our car in the dark ready for holiday next day. The manager came over to our car after the store had shut and helped us fit the box in his own time. This salvaged what was potentially a disastrous experience.

I was billed £416.28 for the repair. I was called to come get my car on the 6/11/2018 as it has been repaired, drove the car home, which was about 10minutes drive. On the 7/11/2018 I was heading to Ilford from Purfleet which was about 20-25 minutes' drive, the car broke down and i have to take it back to Advanced Service Centre that same day. No body bother to give me a call for an update about the car. On the 9/11/2018 i give them a call and i was told they have not have time to looked at the car, but they will and give me a call back, That never happen, i went to their garage i believe on the 14/11/2018 saw a guy who explained they have had a look at the car and they think is one of the cables that needs repair, but they are not sure which one, but before the day runs out someone would give me a call about what needs to be done. Today is 23/11/2018 i cannot believe Advance Service Centre still cannot be bother to repair my car, let alone give me a call back. Shame on you GUYS.

My cars rather too old now to be paying top dollar at a BMW dealership so when I started using these guys I was really pleased. They are really friendly way cheaper than BMW and even Halfords (just had to get my brakes fixed as apparently running over little old ladies is frowned upon). They even have a car washing service that is great value for money if like me you're too lazy to do it yourself. They don't just service BMW's so whatever car you have they can help and they've been there for years, so they aren't some fly by night dodgy mechanic. Big thumbs up.
