I'm not sure many of the people who work there have very much knowledge of computers at all, or they just don't want to share it. I needed some help choosing a graphics card recently, and after wandering around looking for help for quite some time I finally found a member of staff near the front door, but when I asked him for assistance he said he couldn't possibly help as he had to stand by the door to say 'hello' and 'goodbye' to people! Not a very helpful place, but good if you are desperate and don't need advice.

Cleanly organized with computers available to do searching, the departments are easily laid out by category and the items are clearly priced and displayed nicely. Not like the usual department store lay out or even like a supermarket lay out, it's got that Ikea flavor where the shopping space is laid out in a large oval with different offshoots. Like Ikea. I saw paper shredders and tents and even two man inflatable boats, plus hardware and tools, home appliances and an amazing assortment of tv cables.
