This has been my local chemist for 28 years, the chemist Manjullah cannot do enough for her customers, great advice and good service. I would not go anywhere else. read more

The team at this chemist are absolutely lovely. They have a really wide selection of the usual things you would find in a chemist, strange considereing they are 5 mins from Tesco although they are right opposite the Hospital so this might help custome. They are very quick to turn prescriptions round and offer great advice. read more

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The waiting time for my prescription could have been quicker there did not seem any queue. Products/gifts appear dated. read more

I have used this, 'my local friendly chemist' for many years & I would usually give the chemist a higher rating BUT only the other day I went to get a prescription and was confronted by the chemist who accused me, in front of the whole shop..not even a discreet to-the-side-conversation to clear up any confusion.. of not paying for a previous prescription. I was shocked and quite upset at this, when I realised what she was actually saying to me I ASSURED her that I have ALWAYS paid for my prescriptions WITHOUT FAIL, I've even bought a perfume and lots of hair accessories from here too. I am still confused as to why she thinks I've not paid, she said 'perhaps my staff didn't know what they were doing and didn't ask you for the money' NONO WAYeven if a staff member didn't 'know what they were doing' I would not and have never walked out without paying for anything. There I was, ten pounds in hand ready to pay for my prescription about to pay and the chemist walked over and asked me 'do you pay for your prescriptions?' (as if to set me up, see if I would say No?) I of course said 'yes' then she dropped her little accusation. Has she even contemplated that if her staff don;t know what they're doing, perhaps her staff pocketed the prescription money instead of putting it in the till!! I am so upset I shall never set my very honest feet in that chemist again. I will complain to them directly but they don't seem to have an email address. I am utterly disgusted at how I was treated like a theif or something, after so many years of being a customer, I actually feel quite sick at how I was accused and treated. read more
