Not many people can say that they have received excellent service from their bank, but I can!…read moreThe HSBC in Merry Hill is brand new, all fully automated paying in machines and computers etc. If you wish to see a member of staff, they give you a little ticket and the most ive ever had to wait is 5 minutes, and by that time the welcome staff have gave you a coffee and said it wont be long. The staff are always friendly and efficient in anything you ask them! I have never had any problems with my branch and tocuh wood I never will.

The staff there are very friendly and always make you welcome a brilliant place to be. It can get very busy in there some days especially on a Monday and a Friday I think but the staff are always happy to help you and are always sympathetic about the long wait that you have to encounter sometimes it can be upto 30 minutes. It isn't the biggest of places so just plan your day out.

HSBC is located in sankeys corner and is fairly busy all year round. I have personally never had an…read moreaccount for these but have taken some money to them for other people. I find some of the staff quite rude but that is only my perception. They do all the things you require but sometimes don't seem willing to help otherwise all is well. They do have an internet banking facility there if you do not wish to go to the counter. They have changed it recently so that there is only two cashiers at the desk so be prepared for a long wait.

Their pricing is much better on their products, they don't mess things up and they don't overcharge you. There's rarely a queue in the branch, and what a joy it is to be able to call the actual branch to speak to who you want. They even made me a cuppa when I went to open the account. Can't fault them.
