Good food and plenty of activities. Plus they have pickle ball courts and a pool. Reasonable prices for membership as well.

This marina was fabulous! Pleasantly greeted at the gas dock for fuel then great directions and help at our slip for 4 nights. Everyone has been fabulous! Everything has been clean! Feel safe here and there is a reason for key cards if you like safety! All night security too! The Dock Master Coach G is the best! Highly recommend and I believe this marina is in a new management transition if you read old reviews that says anything negative. It's big and you may need to walk a bit to shower but well needed exercise after being on the boat! We are recommending to all we meet in our future and those on the loop! read more

Dates: July 9 - 12 LOA: 48' Beam: 15' Draft: 3'4" We stopped here for a few days to receive some packages and get some minor work done and have our bottom scraped by a diver. The staff were very kind and helpful. There was someone waiting and ready for us in our slip when we pulled up to dock for our stay. There was plenty of depth for our draft, but we did kick up some mud and that confused the depth finder a bit. The docs are floating docks and in great shape. We had little current getting to our slip at the end of the marina channel. This marina is setup with several bath houses that have bathrooms, showers, and laundry at the end of every other dock, making it a short walk from any slip. They also provide detailed addresses for each bath house/dock (handy for Uber and grocery/food deliveries). There is plenty of parking and dock carts for grocery deliveries. Uber was readily available. The pump out is on the fuel dock, so you will need to pump out on your way in/out. We had to pump out mid-stay and the dock hands were readily available to assist on both ends. We will be returning here next time we're in the area. Used the boat ramps over the weekend and we liked this marina. Thought it was great that they had a fresh water rinse to use right after taking the boat out of the water. We will be back! read more

We pulled up to the gas dock 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close. The attendant saw us pull in, made eye contact, then turned around and ran to lock up the office. He was peeling out of the parking lot before we could get to him. There were several residents standing around the office trying to get service as well. I understand wanting to get off work but when a customer pulls in 20 minutes before close I'd expect them to get served. Never going back. read more

Website says they close at six. Was told they close at five. They told me where to dock. Arrived around 515. Went out to eat. Needed a security card to get in. There was a light drizzle. Waited around 20 minutes for security to get there. They told us They should've explained that we needed the security card upon arrival. Anyway call back the next day to request an adjustment and was told security should've checked us in but how are we to know that. Anyway I asked for an adjustment the accounting person wasn't there the manager stay off so they would get back to us seems pretty cut and dry. Service here is terrible read more

We went their to rent a slip for a boat, the first thing ask, not even hello, was were was I from as they glanced into my truck was my African american friend and said nothing a Available. I just wasnt right. As I was leaving a patront of the marina witnessed this ignorant display, and stated that there were slips avalible and they didn't like our kind of people from New York. Shame on the halafax harbor marina, located in Daytona beach Florida. Then we called back half hmm later. They stated there were slips available, I explain what happened and would forward me to the manager. Or maybe he is the root of the discrimination Anyway as we found out it's one of the shittest marinas in Daytona beach. Carma is a bitch. read more

I'm surprised not to see a review of this outstanding marina. So let me just offer that this is just about the best marina on the east coast. Floating docks and the inland side of the ICW make HHM a great hurricane hole. The facilities are kept to a very high standard with daily cleaning of the 5 bathhouses. Secure docks with keyed entry and roaming nighttime security make HHM a boaters paradise wether you are a liveaboard or just require dockage. Transients are made to feel welcome as well. Lots to do within walking distance but sadly no close grocery stores save 7-11. If you are traveling the ICW you should stop by just to take a look. Gas / Diesel at very competitive prices with Boat U.S. Member discounts. I've just left for the Bahamas but will return for hurricane season in July. See you there? read more

Internet was very poor. The key system with the gates is cumbersome. Downtown Daytona is dead. The restrooms were old and musty. The service at the marina was fair. Had to return the keys to get a deposit back, but no deposit was charged. Would stay in New Symrna instead. read more

So I'll start with the good, the majority of the staff I have had to deal with are nice never really had a bad experience with the staff other then being forgotten when we were put on the list to get a slip. They did fix that right away. They do have staff that keeps the bathrooms clean and they also try to fix everything they can. They also have roving security at night that is normally pretty good. The WiFi issues have been fixed from what I am told a new system was installed. Ok now the bad the grounds are not well kept except for around the marina office. You are lucky if any of the washers and dryers work. The one dryer looks like a fire hazard and blows lint all over the room. Check your cleats I have had several I had to get them to replace because they were corroded. They are slowly replacing the corroded and messed up rollers on the dock pilings. It's only taken 3 hurricane season of complaining. They installed new gates and key system. The locks seem to brake every other week if not more. But that's ok because you can just reach around and open the gate! The city owns the marina so nothing gets fixed fast if at all. We have complained for over a year and a half about the washers and dryers and just keep getting told different stories so we will see what happens. The area is ok it's not far from several good restaurants and not far from grocery stores. It is however situated next to a not so nice part of town. read more

Halifax Harbour should be an excellent marina, unfortunately it's not. The staff, although very friendly, are not efficient or competent. Security at the marina is nearly nonexistent for at least one of the docks. The Freedom Boat Club, who operates out of this marina, constantly leaves the "secure" access gate to the dock propped open all day. The boat club guests and dock workers have no clue what a no wake zone is and routinely speed through the fairway without regard for the other boats. Laundry facility is subpar, the machines are outdated by decades and the washers are usually broken. Any complaints about security or repairs fall on deaf ears. Repairs are not done in a timely manner, mostly due and indifferent attitude toward the residents at the marina. I'm sorry to say that this place has no chance of achieving "World Class" status any time soon. If you are looking for a permanent place as a live aboard or just to park the boat, look somewhere else. If you are passing thru for a night a two it's perfect. read more

Great service & good amenities. Nearby dining. 3 mile walk to Publix on Ridgewood (A1A). Thanks to Uber for ride back to Marina w/ grocery load. Lousy WiFi. Secured areas could have better updated access keys. Had to keep spinning knobs before security card clicked. Could not connect at all the day we stayed. Enjoyed an excellent meal at Zappy's. read more
