Right when you order it. The service was great for such a small spot... we had a large group and there was one waitress for us but she handled it with no issue. The food was great! I got a sandwich that I swore I would not eat it all due to the size but it tasted so good that I did! Honestly it was really good. This is one of those place that is just good home style food... a small town gem of a spot! If you're ever in the area I'd recommend stopping in and getting a bite... you won't regret it!

I ordered a rootbeer float, grilled cheese on sourdough, and a bowl of chicken and dumplings. The soup was thick but delish. The grilled cheese was perfect! Loved the rootbeer float too. The bf had a chocolate malt shake which was also very good. Staff was friendly, prove point was good. This place offers a great variety of ice cream, I was tempted to order ice cream for dessert even though I had a rootbeer float but I controlled myself lol. Would definitely recommend this place. Had I had the time, I would've returned to try the tomato basil soup.

I called and asked one of the employees to please put a bottle of baby aspirin in my bag so that I wouldn't forget them. guess what! they were in the bag. I called and asked for a prescription to be filled that I haven't used in a while. they filled it. I was even asked why I wasn't letting my husband take care of this bc I had just had surgery. I had not mentioned my surgery in a few days. the pharmacists and other employees are very professional, friendly, empathetic and ALWAYS go above and beyond for their customers. Their prices are comparable with bigger city pharmacies, and they will order what you need based on local laws and prescription guidelines. Why drive to a larger city when you can shop and support a locly owned! May Gods bless!

If you are from out of town and happen to become sick with a head cold, do not try to buy Sufafed at this pharmacy. The staff will rudely tell you that "in Spring City, you have to have a prescription to get Sudafed." The Tennessee State Attorney General has stated that municipal laws such as this one in Spring City stating you need a prescription for Sudafed violate state law. Yes, Tennessee has a meth problem, but when a person is visibly sick and barely able to talk, one would think the pharmacist and its staff would have some modicum of compassion. Being told I needed a prescription was not a problem, but being told in such a rude tone was very offensive.
