However you must always take into account that they take walk ins and will always take those who they believe in more immediate need first. Whether a walk in or a scheduled appointment. While this can be a bit irritating, think if it was you in need of immediate care, would you want to wait while a patient for a routine checkup was seen. The thing to consider most is the level of care, and I can honestly say that I have always received excellent care at the Livingston clinic. In fact Dr. Barlow has gone above and beyond for me in my care from day one. Starting with helping me struggle through my disability claims, to most recently ensuring I received care for my back. I started having back pain in July of 2024, the pain increased with every passing day. By mid September walking was causing me severe pain, as the end of October approached I could barely walk due to the pain. In November visit with Dr. Barlow she order X-rays, and a few other tests, the end result she had me admitted to Livingston Regional for observation and an MRI that I had been going round and round between pain management and insurance was done. The MRI revealed that I had a spinal burst fracture between the R4 and R5 which would require surgery to correct. She and Ashley set up everything with the spinal surgeon Dr Parker. In January of 2025 I had my spinal surgery, and experienced the first relief in over 6 months. While I am not totally pain free and probably will never be, I can guarantee that if not for Dr Barlow and her staff, I'd still be screaming as I got out of bed, only able to lie on the couch. I not only recommend the Livingston clinic, it is the only place I will go, and I trust adm Dr. Barlow over any one of my specialists. She not only treats you. She cares about you. I'll take that over the assembly line practices any day... If you want true care, then the Livingston clinic is the place to be.

The owner, Jeremiah, was the nicest guy - he greeted us immediately and asked if we needed help. He made awesome deals on everything. It's the most modest and fair pricing on any vintage games I've gotten in years. He's a collector looking to help out true fellow collectors. A guy like that and a place like this are one in a thousand these days where every game store seemingly in business is just looking to give you bottom dollar to flip it for top dollar. Passing through from Nashville to Knoxville, this was the best stop on my entire trip, and officially my new favorite game store. I will make a special trip just to come back here. Never in my 62 years of life have I ever been to a business (any business, even the towing yard)…read morethat treats it's customers with such open hostility, disdain and condescension. If you don't ask the perfectly worded question, their answer is "I don't know, I can't help you" then they walk away. It's too much trouble for them to ask a guiding question or two to help clarify communication. Employee attitude stems from the management. Rather than trying to help, the manager would rather yell and brow beat you over a side issue, than answer your question with a straight answer. The customer is always wrong at this shop, and they make sure you know it. Take your gun business where they treat you with respect and want you to come back again. Like the song says, "some people want to be abused", if that's you, then this is your gun shop. If you expect a modicum of respect, go elsewhere. There is a hardware store just up the street with a very nice gun counter that respects it's customers and is a very pleasant place to do business.
