We were welcomed with the utmost of professionalism. Our advisor has proven to be knowledgeable and eager to earn our trust. I've tried phone, email and written correspondence and just get a standard response that all requests can take up to 10 months to address. It's been well beyond that and they just keep moving the date back. Contacting my congressman maybe my next step.
