I was given a bottle of water to tide me over before my appointment. Little things like that make a big difference. I had an implant that had fallen into disrepair and was unusable. Dr. Choi had the arduous task of removing the implant close to the nerve. He was able to perform the task with a minimum of discomfort and time spent in the office. During the procedure, Dr. Choi was entertaining, personable, and humorous. I had a great time talking to him and the hygienist was actively engaged in her work and the conversation we were having. I normally don't get too ecstatic about dental procedures; however, he managed to make it a pleasant experience. We just clicked, and I felt the experience was rewarding. He gave excellent instruction for after care, which resulted in only a small amount of pain. His follow up appointment was quick and made me feel comfortable that everything went smoothly. I am really glad that my dentist (Dr. Erin Paige) recommended him. Bravo!

This was the best place when Dr Laurie was there. Friendly. Clean. Modern with clean looking…read morespaces. I was confident in the care I was getting. Not really the case anymore. The waiting room is no longer the welcoming place. All the furniture has been replaced with ugly 1970s dingy used looking stuff. Receptionist only kind of friendly. I waited 15 minutes. The hygienist was the same woman who brutalized me last year and I asked not to have her again. Surprise! She didn't use the mobile light to see into my mouth as she cleaned my teeth. Not that it really matters but it has to make things easier to see right? She was marginally more gentle but I still had to say OUCH more than once. That has never happened to me. And now twice. And she said my teeth were perfect so why did it hurt so much? . Bottom line- the place looks shabby. The staff doesn't seem happy. I don't get a good warm feeling about this place anymore. I miss Dr Laurie!
