He freely acknowledged he did not open up to do an actual visual inspection on the unit. He said it was because the flames were Orange. Another contractor came and told me the Orange was caused by dirty burners in crossover tubes. He told me my furnace was a safety hazard and had to turn it off and I must buy a new heating system.. You wouldn't offer me a replacement part option even though the parts are under the factory warranty I do. He told me that he'd exchange her how to factory recall and I asked for a manufacturer's bulletin. The bulletin he provided stated The furnace needs an additional grounding wire for a lot of models in my model was not one of them.. Dishonest, Deceptive, And clearly is not trained in basic service and maintenance on heating equipment. He clearly only cared about selling me new equipment equipment and not resolving my basic me this thing my basic maintenance problem.
