Besides it being baked in a wood oven (drool), they have toppings galore which they pile in separate bunches and then you kind of mix them yourself. They also don't cut the pizza, you eat it with a fork and knife. So different than the pizza we've had in the U.S. We sat down and enjoyed our pizza without anyone rushing us, on the contrary, we engaged in conversation with the staff.
