I did not pay for the costume up front but was assured by the staff that this was the best way to go, so that i could try the costume on before purchase. After two months of calling and waiting and being pushed around i finally received a phone call telling me my costume had arrived, a week before Halloween. When i went to pick the costume up i was informed that only half the costume had arrived and the other half would not come due to no longer carrying the costume. This information would have been very great to have two months prior. I called the main company and was told to get the order number for the costume that they ordered. When i called for this they told me they would call me back with it so that i could get the costume online quickly. This never happened. So then i was told to pick out another costume, from the leftovers a week before Halloween. i did this and had them hold it for me until i got paid. When i arrived at the store to pick it up... they stopped me at the door and told me they had a break in the night before and didn't know when they were going to open. Leaving me without a costume for Halloween. TWO MONTHS!!!! i had everything figured out, until HALLOWEEN EXPRESS ruined my holiday! I will never make this mistake again. This store is unprofessional and a complete joke. Over priced and under staffed, and the staff they do have are idiots. Do not make the same mistake i did, other wise your Halloween will be very uneventful. I wouldn't piss on this store if it was on fire!
