If you pop in and let them know what you are looking for they will attempt to source an antique fireplace to your specifications. I visited the store to purchase a fireplace for my house and at first was overwhelmed by the choice. Eventually I found a reproduction piece that is so beautiful people as me if it is original. The staff at the store were very helpful and ordering, delivery and fitting was stress free. I had a sneaky check on the internet and couldn't find the same piece anywhere cheaper so their prices seem competitive.

My experience with them has been extremely positive, from the sales person who helped me make my choice to the delivery driver who was very friendly and helpful. The mirrors I have purchased were for a feature wall in my dining room and look fabulous. My only slight negative was that I had to wait slightly longer than I anticipated, but with the jubilee bank holiday and celebrations etc, I understood the delay. I am very surprised at the previous two reviews, but as they say you can't please all the people all of the time. I can only say that in my experience they have delivered a first class service and I would definitely recommend them.

The downside is you can never really tell what's going to be in there, as they change their stock a lot.
