(Sadly they're spending more money on these stores rather than improving their awful mobile signal) The store is pretty cool, it backs into the Imperial Arcade however you can only get into the store opposite Churchill Square, on their Western Road entrance. Pretty much average new-format O2 store in most regards, the staff seemed nice and helpful enough. They did have some offers on display but these were more expensive than other networks who had locations nearby such as Three a few doors away and Vodafone a short walk away, who both offer Unlimited everything for £20 per month (the Vodafone offer was after cashback, however), while O2 was charging a higher price for less data 3* - Pretty much average store, yet for one of the worst networks in terms of signal, albeit I don't want to let the latter effect a review which is of course for the store and not the specific network.

They gave me several options for the iphone, weren't pushy and explained all the differences in technology clearly without being patronising. I may have to revise my opinion.

Apart from two individuals the staff are somewhat unforthcoming with helpful information. Be you a sexy girl, however, and all your problems will be attended to with the enthusiasm of an aroused man. The one thing it does have is a lot of space but this only produces the following equation: more computers = slower connection. Also, they've disabled all right click functions meaning that it's impossible to save items or navigate effectively. Unless you simply want to check your facebook and emails I'd recommend heading down the road to the phone center.

They're always under-staffed and the few members of staff there are usually on the phone or already talking to a customer. Once you get to speak to someone however, the staff here are excellent. They know their products inside out and don't try to get you to sign up for services or phones you don't want. I went back to complain about a fault on my iPhone and the guy I spoke to not only helped me get it fixed, he helped me get a £45 credit added to my account. Now, that's what I call customer service!
