Then sat in the waiting room loudly laughing and talking. I have severe ptsd from violent crimes and asked for assistance. She walks out and turns up the music! For all the money I spent, absolutely no concern or care for the vulnerability of women in their business. And to top it off SHE was too upset to finish because I had the audacity to be upset and terrorized! Appalling. I should have called police. She said she would call to schedule a finishing appointment and I waited a week with one eye done, still shaken up!
