When I got the picture home I realized I was getting reflections and shadows on the glass. I contacted Mac's and told them my problem. They agreed to redo the framing of the picture and only charge the difference in the cost of non reflective glass. This was a lot of work for them and they did not have to do it. They even put a protective coating on the newspaper itself, to stop it from deteriorating even more (it's from 1969!).
