Each visit we've seen three different doctors (ircc: Dr. Pedersen, Dr. Okaniwa, and Dr. Barr) and all of them have treated our dogs with care, gave us time to ask questions, and were happy to answer. They've done follow-up calls to check-up on our collie post-appointment, and medication refills were quick and easy. Of course, the reception staff were also friendly and knowledgable in giving us extra advice and scheduling needed follow-up appointments. Planning to continue coming here for the foreseeable future!

We have been long time customers...however we are deciding to switch. They just want your money…read more They constantly push items on you that are not needed. My one dog is suffering from obsessive paw licking. Allergy meds ($100/month) weren't working so the vet told us if they do not work we will try another round of antibiotics OR do blood work. I want to try another round of antibiotics and change her diet, however they want to see her first to weigh her before they dispense meds. Great...I will bring her then...BUT THEY WANT TO CHARGE $50 FOR THIS! Just to weigh her!!! Since I have to pay an examination fee anyway, I've decided to switch vets to another who knows what they are doing and cares about my animal as a true patient and NOT another person to suck money from. No compassion at all from this place, especially around Christmas.

We tried other vets in the area and found that they were far too clinical or completely disinterested in treating our pets with humanity and care. Could not imagine going anywhere else. All of the vets are great, but we did want to shout out Dr. Boa for being so kind and thoughtful every time we go.

I took my little girl doggy in 1 week ago today to be Euthanized. They have a candle sitting where…read moreyou can t miss it which says, if you see the candle lit that there is a pet being euthanized They did not burn the candle! There were a series of 4 different Shots. 1st shot to prevent Juzzy from having a seizure. 2nd shot a sedative, 3 rd shot and this is where things took a traumatic change as if things weren't already traumatic enough. She came in with a syringe with a very long needle she said for pain she injected it into what was supposed to muscle in Juzzy s leg ,Juzzy cried out in pain like I ve never heard before and her body jumped as well as mine.I said what the heck she took the needle out and blood just kept coming out so her assistant had to wrap it She left the room stating she had to get a different needle, came back with the size she should have used from the get go! It seemed to be so rushed and I couldn't understand the place had no people waiting. I have thought of Juzzy crying out like that everyday day. That was the first time she ever cried out like that Just to add more a purple stone was purchased which you choose the colour and have a pets foot print pressed into it,( which was a gift from a sweet young lady) Upon opening the box automatically Edna said that s not the right colour not only that they gave us the wrong stone, it had a big dogs paw print!! Juzzy s we're small. Now they have to find when they gave it to someone else. Then they had added two very small plastic bags with hair clippings one was my girls but the second was not and the hair was black and dark brown. So I have some other dogs hair clippings. I left that place crying, angry and so broken. I so hope that a situation like this does not happen to any other person s pet. Thank you to everyone who read my review
