They will call your name when a table is available. We ended up waiting for about an hour on a Sunday night for a table of 5. We all ordered the trompo orden mix which came with three tacos - negro fuego, rojo de pork belly, and carne asada. They're pretty quick with the food and it came out shortly after we ordered. The tacos also came with your usual toppings and three different spicy sauce. Green was the least spicy. Tacos were pretty solid. My favorite out of the three was the pork belly. The tortilla was one of the best tortilla I've tried. We also tried the chicharron flautas. Came out hot and super crispy. The horchata was refreshing as well. Service was efficient and friendly. Overall, a great taco spot to add to your itinerary. Definitely one of our favorite tacos we've tried in CDMX.

But the actual listing is for a taco truck located an hour outside of downtown. Tacos Del Valle in Roma Norte CDMX is amazing. Just went there last night and had great service. The (crispy) papa flautas, quesadilla pork taco, trompo black pork panchito, and trompo Campeche red pork tacos with all the fixings were all delicious. It's worth the wait in line. Don't know anything about this food truck though. So hence the star rating. Need to fix the listing.

A lovely lady right away takes your order and heats up your pastry right there and then. She serves both sweet and savory pastries. I had the 'tinga' and 'chorizo'. I did not have high expectation but oh, surprise! These are proper pastries! Out they came my two fluffy 'pastis' generously stuffed. You can see the layers as you work through it. The flavors are settled yet tasty. I will definitely stopped by again to try others!
