It was a good sign to see the place busy on a late weekend afternoon. Mostly contractors and DIYers (some with contractors) checking out their renovation options. We also checked another nearby building supplies shop but that didn't come close to the options at Zion Building Supplies.

Phenomenal compared to Home Depot etc which has huge delays on supply and installation right now. The installers were very talented and managed to fit the flooring around various obstacles such as stair rails and radiator feet. They were also super fast, getting a hallway, two bedrooms and a living room done in half a day. Everyone was pleasant and a pleasure to work with. *I did a lot of research and price comparisons prior to buying. This is THE CHEAPEST place and they have a huge selection.
