No empathy for personal circumstances and very rude! Since returning to them for current injury I have had a few poor experiences including my details not being changed despite numerous requests, and an online/email change of appointment was not recognised and they tried to charge me for "no show". I continued to go as Lara is great. After all this has been finally sorted, this week I had emergency and called at 11am to reschedule my 4pm appointment to another day in same week. Nope! No flexibility, no compassion, no humanity just quoted 24hr cancellation policy repeatedly. Business policies at this physio practice overrules humanity = this once loyal customer going elswhere!

I booked in to see Dr…read more Agolley and was pleasantly impressed by Dr. Agolley's bedside manner and how he explained things so clearly. Dr Agolley treated me non surgically and then surgically. I would have to say Dr. Agolley would be one of the best surgeons I have had operate on me. After my operation, he came to see me twice on the first day and continued to see me while in hospital. A few days after discharging the hospital I contacted his office and he called me back personally (which wasn't required) in-between his surgeries on that day. It is clear he goes above and beyond for his patients and that's what he did for me. At a recent post-op appointment at his office, the waiting room was filled with patients. People had come from Coffs Harbour and Sydney to name a couple and they both stated that their orthopaedic surgeons where they were from highly recommended him. It is quite evident that Dr Agolley is well known by other surgeons throughout Australia and for good reasons. His office staff were always helpful, friendly and polite. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Dr Agolley. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Agolley to anyone requiring orthopedic surgery on their hips or knees.

I was recommended Indian Face Massage - I remember the first experience which was amazing but that first night I was able to sleep the entire night through which was something that hadn't happen in nearly fifteen years of having nasal polyps. I kept going to maintain this new found experience of sleep. Then I added reflexology for my painful legs and feet. I felt like a new person. Dr. Mare has questionable judgement with regard to medical advice. She prescribed the wrong cream…read morefor my infant's rash several times. The rash got so bad it bled so I sought advice from another doctor who prescribed a cream that cleared it up within a few days. She also advised me to go off my medication for my thyroid condition based on one blood test which ended up being an error in judgement, bad and quite harmful advise. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Mare as a GP.
