They also missed an entire section of the house and asked for picture proof when I called them. They returned a couple days later to complete that portion. Here's a brief overview of our interaction with Rick: In May/June 2016 we ask him for a bid. He comes out and does a thorough job of estimating the job. Three days later we get a comprehensive email with a quoted price. He also recommends an order of operation on our work for the summer as we are going to roof and paint.
