Went to rent some equipment. Waited for 20 minutes while the sales guy answered the phone while assisting me. No big deal I thought. Things are crazy now. He got off the phone and started to help then the phone rang again. Instead of asking the customer to wait 3 minutes while he ran my CC. He continued to speak and help them. After 12 minutes I asked him if ANYONE else could help. He put his finger up and whispered " one minute" that's when I lost my cool. Ace tee finally getting my equipment. ( the shop guys explained the use and equipment set up very well 5 stars to them ) I took it to my shop and set up to use it. The equipment worked for less than 15 minutes then died. I called then after exhausting all other aspects. Blah blah blah, it still didn't work. I returned it the next day and they charged my cc full price. I paid $275 to NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. There are other place to rent from. It's sad to say one person ruined my experience, but that's the reality. Go to TC Rentals. Fast, experienced and friendly customer service. read more
