I wanted to find a place that is not in the center of the city (central hotels always want to push the envelope ugh). So I found Parma Sole in Sile. It is a family owned hotel with just 12 rooms. The most amazing thing is the property! Home made wine, beautiful arches and silky smooth pool. Lots of room to have a wedding. I would say 140 to 250 people comfortably. There are extra hotels for guests near by. The style is more like an elegant Italian. They make their own pizza, wine and cheese! Visit for dinner they have a full restaurant on premises. The hotel is brand new; elegantly designed, rooms are spacious, quite, and very clean. Staff was very helpful and polite. The SPA was beautiful and my wife really liked the massage therapist she saw. My son spent hours playing with the toys at the kids playroom designated for toddlers and young kids. The food was excellent; especially the breakfast buffet was absolutely sumptuous. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who likes to be pampered in Adapazari.
