First time staying here. Last minute decision was a great decision. Cleanliness Superb. No complaints Rooms TOWELS YAY. Enough for 4 people. Love it. Nice TV w/remote, sitting area,.and desk. Really nice place to stay! Staff was friendlynand helpful and the rooms were clean and the beds here are super snug and comfortable! The shower has high quality paraben free soaps and shampoo. The pool was clean and warm and the gym has treadmills and a pelaton bike ad well as a full selection of free weight dumbells. I loved my stay here highly recommend! read more

Following a very bad storm and power outages I was able to have a safe, pleasant stay because the front desk clerks were so welcoming and kind. I highly recommend this location. The room was clean and safe, but it was the customer service that made all of the difference. The gentleman working 5/31 overnight and the woman working this morning were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond in making our short respite from the storm a pleasant experience. read more

For the $$$ price, it was a disappointment. Let's just say it was well worn and not up to the Hampton standards. It was a great location and staff competent but not overly friendly. I requested an accessible room on the reservation but was told they had none and the hotel was sold out. If the sparse parking lot was any indication, I sincerely doubt that for a Tuesday night. The bathroom was clean but the tub extremely slippery and had to lay a towel down to feel safe. The caulk around the sink faucet was coming out and looked ugly. Breakfast ok. Just well used and maybe abused. Needs an upgrade badly. read more

Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Having the extra room with the suite was a plus. Very good hot, complementary breakfast. Hampton Inns and Hiltons have been easily accessible off of the interstates during this vacay and my choice of where to stay on this summers road trip. read more

I stay at Hilton properties enough to be a diamond member. This hotel was very disappointing. To start off with my door lock had issues, and while downstairs getting that straightened out, another guest had the same problem. When I sat down in the desk chair, I almost fell over backwards. The back on the chair was bent and had screws missing from it. This is dangerous. Someone could easily fall over and hit their head on the coffee table. The pillows on the bed were all old and lumpy. And to top it off, the breakfast was minimalistic to say the least. No fruit, and a very limited selection of other food. At first, I thought that I h@d gotten down there before the breakfast time, but I was wrong. I will say that the hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. It looks to me like the owners are not putting money into keeping the hotel up. That's a shame since it is a newer hotel read more

Always a great relaxing stay with a heated pool that feels great and choline ain't bad to where you can smell it, beds are cozy and clean breakfast is pretty darn good for a free meal read more

The front desk is extremely friendly and the rooms are clean. Our room did not come with a mini fridge but our friends' room down the hall did. We stayed there for a wedding and they were very accommodating and made sure we all were able to stay on the same floor. The complimentary continental breakfast was better than a lot of other ones at other hotels and there were healthy options which was great; they even had a waffle maker! The seating/lounge area had comfortable seating and it was very warm and had a modern, updated feel. Overall a great stay! read more

Very clean and well appointed with friendly staff. We had a bit of difficulty finding the road that led to the hotel in the dark. Ended up cutting through the McDonald's parking lot. Will stay here again if ever in the area. read more

Indoor pool is always freezing and each time its an excuse that something is broken. Don't stay here if the pool is your decision maker. It's too cold to get in every time. Front desk is also rude. read more

Two words: BED BUGS. This Hampton Inn is our usual "go-to" hotel whenever we're in town and never had any problems in the past until this last Memorial Day weekend. We were in town for graduation and after a long day of festivities, we were looking forward to a restful night at the hotel room. Once we pulled back the sheets, we discovered a bed bug on our pillow! After confirming this was indeed a bed bug, we informed the night staff and they moved us to the room across the hall. The next day, they washed our sheets and clothes as bed bugs travel and lay hundreds of eggs wherever they please. This may not be the first bed bug instance at this hotel as the staff's reaction to our bed bug concern was not surprising or alarming to them. On the morning of checkout, we received a statement with a charge for our full weekend stay for both our room and our in-laws room. I recommend Hampton Inn Buffalo if you want to PAY to sleep with BED BUGS! read more
