During my stay, I discovered multiple cockroaches in my room. I have clear photographs documenting this. In addition, there was heart-shaped confetti on the floor that appeared to be left over from a previous stay, indicating the room had not been properly cleaned prior to my arrival. The presence of both live pests and visible debris is unacceptable and raises significant concerns about the property's cleanliness standards. I had a nice stay. The room was clean and a nice size. Being a Hilton member, they gave a little welcome bag which was nice. Staff were welcoming and professional. I had a quiet stay over Easter weekend. The only 2 issues I had wwre 1, there was one missing towel hook. I know, kind of petty but for the rates they charge I think maintenance could replace that little hiccup and 2 there was no shampoo in the dispenser....I had my own shampoo so it was not ruin my stay but you would think house keeping would check those items.... read more

This is the best kept secret in Keller Tx. I worked for the school district driving a school bus, I've seen this hotel taking students to area activities but thought this hotel would be expensive but it is not. It's very clean, the entry area is spacious with a large couch that could seat maybe 15 people. They have a coffee station 24/7 the coffee is HOT and very good, there's HOT water for your choice of teas or hot chocolate. The rooms are spacious with 2 big windows with blackout shades so if you need to sleep in the sun will not blind you. The sink is separate from the shower and toilet. There's a mini kitchen with a sink, mini fridge and microwave and it has a large counter space. I loved the bathtub it has HOT water to soothe my joint pain. There's shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispenser's in case you forget yours. We ate breakfast Saturday and Sunday. The breakfast was alright but not great. The oatmeal could be thicker, the waffle batter could be better; try Krustease mix or Aunt Jamima or Eggo waffles, toast them and it's delicious without any mess. They also have several cold cereal dispensers, danishes, muffins, bread for toast, apples and bananas Saturday there was bacon which was good sausage which needs to be browned in a skillet, there was premade omelettes they were spongy We didn't like it. The staff is amazing if you need anything they make it happen. There's a Tom Thumb around the corner, different eateries, a spa, Summer Moon coffee shop, movie theater across the street as well as more eateries. This hotel has an indoor swimming pool which is nice, especially for the kids. We will be back soon since we live nearby. read more

What a dreadful experience to remember! It all began with me recommending this hotel to my elderly aunt, who was visiting from Los Angeles, Ca. While assisting her at check-in, I knew it was a bad sign when it felt like a ghost town in the lobby. Once we made it to the front counter, the hostess/manager tried to swipe my aunt's credit card for incidentals and the card reader on multiple attempts, with different cards, declined her credit card. After many attempts, the reader finally accepted the card. As my aunt and I began to head to her room, we reluctantly found that the room was the first room near the elevator on the second floor, the noisiest area on the floor. But that wasn't nothing compared to what we found when we opened the door. Once in the room, we found that both beds looked as if they were recently slept in and the hotel hadn't heard of housekeeping before. We then proceeded to go back to the lobby to complain about what we've witnessed. As the lady behind the counter began to search for another room for my aunt, her systems weren't even able to generate my aunt another key card. At this point, we're thinking you've got to be kidding! The lady behind the counter ultimately had to take my aunt and I up to the new room and use the universal hotel key just to get us in the new room. I thought that was the end of the story, but there's more.... As I said my goodnights to my elderly aunt, I went home to my family (5 minutes away) to get ready for bed. Come to find out, my aunt later calls my wife and I to come pick her up, because she finds bed bugs in her hotel room bed! Reserved a room through booking .com for this hotel. Booking.com charge me for the three night stay and Hampton inn charge me for the same stay. Been trying for two weeks to get a refund . Both Booking.com and Hampton Inn say the other is going to refund me . After numerous calls to the assistant manager Laura at Hampton Inn , I never got any results and now she does not return my calls. She tells me she talk to booking.com and Booking tells me they've never talk to her. Also, on the advertisement, it says Hilton which I called them and they're no help ,so don't be fooled into thinking Hilton will take care of you. we had a nice stay for 2 nights. the hotel was booked or almost fully booked. there was a large wedding party and a few swim teams staying here. in spite of the hotel being having many guests, it was quiet. we only heard our neighbors dog bark a few times but the hotel was impressively quiet. the area is nice. easy parking. friendly front employees. a man named Andrew (I think) was very courteous is assisting me with Tylenol purchase. thank you to all the front desk employees. friendly and helpful. the room was impressive clean. great housekeeping. we didn't eat the complimentary breakfast but it was busy and seemed good. read more

5/28/22: This is my favorite local hotel in Keller. In fact, it's been my best customer service experience with all Hilton brand hotels because the employees here treat guests like family! We've stayed here multiple times since 2021 and AC was our very first impression upon walking in. He immediately greeted us with a warm, friendly and enthusiastic "Welcome to Hampton Inn" and it's been 5 stars and repeat visits here ever since! Lateasha makes the best breakfasts here on the weekends! Nicole at the front desk is a sweetheart, and the housekeeping crew are all friendly. The breakfast buffet runs 6-9am daily. There's bananas, apples, juice, cereal, oatmeal, bagels/bread, Texas & regular waffle maker with yummy toppings, muffins and for warm food, it's potatoes, and a different type of egg & meat daily. Everything has been great. There's also a 24 hour tea/coffee station by the front desk. Hilton Honors members get a free goodie bag of water bottles & a snack at check in. If you need anything, they provide complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, and shower caps. Their fitness center has a water bottle dispenser, free weights, spin bike, elliptical & treadmill. There's also an indoor pool. There are a few local restaurants in the same hotel center (my fave is FnG Eats. I didn't like Boca 31 food), a coffee shop, and Tom Thumb. Overall, it's very convenient with free parking, safe, quiet and about 20 min. to the DFW airport. Today is AC's birthday, so here's some 5 star YELP LOVE! Give the man a raise! Used Hampton Inn and Suites several times over the years when my Navy Veteran grandson and his wife came to visit but never will again!! In March when they checked out of Hampton, the place charged me an extra $60, I called, they said he stole a duvet!! Never called first to ask just called him out!! My grandson said he turned the duvet into the front desk earlier in week because it had blood on it! Who would want their nasty duvet so bad ax to steal it!! Please be mindful that although this is a relatively nice looking hotel, it may not be progressive enough to accept Apple pay at this time unless it's done via a third-party site like Hotels.com. Luckily, I was able to purchase a separately consecutive 2-night stay via Apple Pay on Hotels.com with my husband's additional assistance (where he happily helped me to purchase incidentals, i.e. water and snacks since there was an inadvertent screw up with third-party credit card information). This place is thankfully and appropriately privately monitored by the Keller Police Department to ensure that sex-trafficking, drug-trafficking and underhanded workplace-trafficking is thwarted from entering this district. As a patron here, you'll have the luxury to order from GrubHub (just make sure you use the right address and room number for your order) and/or to check out the local Starbucks. The good: Large room (I had a suite), very clean. There is only maid service upon request, so no cleaning staff raps on your door in the morning or invades your privacy. The "hot breakfast" was OK. Hot oatmeal, waffle irons for make-your-own, hot breakfast meat for that morning dose of artery-clogging animal fat, pre-fab warmed up "omelettes", cold cereal, yogurt, muffins that they might as well call cupcakes, maybe a few other things. And it started at 6am, which was convenient. A short walk from the hotel to two large supermarkets, one of which is open 24 hours. There are many retail spaces in the development next door to the hotel, but I could not figure out what most of them were, lol. They were not restaurants, but there is a Chik-Fil-A nearby. There was a digital clock next to the bed. Most hotels don't have these anymore, and I appreciated being able to check the time without looking at my phone. Of course, the clock was attached to the wall with a cable, like a pen in a bank. The not so good: No fan in the bathroom. No walk-in shower, just a tub that drained slowly and left me standing in ankle-deep water while showering. The annoying: Noise from doors slamming all night and early in the morning. The room doors swing shut automaically and people are too lazy or inconsiderate to hold on to them so they don't slam. The hotel could easily fix this with hardware that would cushion the closing. Lots of noise from the rooms other either side of me. I do not blame the other guests. It is the design of the hotel. Converstations and TV noise came in through the bathroom vent on one side of the room. The same came in from the other side of the room through the connecting door that can be used to join the two suites. I have always found those doors pointless. Open them, and you still have two separate rooms. Just use the hallway if you are going to visit the room next to yours. Anyway, those doors don't block noise like a solid wall would. The air conditioner sounded like a Mac truck. I had to super-freeze the room so I could sleep through the night with the air conditioning off. All the noise issues were truly frustrating, because, given the location, this could (and should) be a very quiet hotel. And a smoke alarm or similar device on the ceiling next to the bed had a flashing light. One more challenge to overcome when you are trying to fall asleep. The kinda strange: This large room with a sitting area did not have a dresser or bureau or any other furniture with drawers, so there was no place to put socks, underwear, t-shirts, jammies, etc. Odd for such a large room to be missing such a very basic piece of furniture. So, anything I unpacked had to go in the closet. Fortunately, the closet had a dowel at least ten feet long. Unfortunately, the closet only had five hangers in it. The nightstands were just single shelves next to the bed. They have a thing against drawers here. The deadly: No grip bars in the shower. And you have to step in and out of a bathtub to take a shower. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. read more

I travel non stop. Usually 200 - 300 nights a year. I don't usually stay at Hampton Inn's as usually they are usually dated with old wood grain everywhere. This Hampton is brand new. I am very picky on rooms and I really don't have anything negative to say. There are some small things like pen and papers are supposed to be removed from rooms and they are missing the Hilton clean stay decals in the room. All in all these are just minor things. My only real complaint if I had to find one is the tv's are screwed down and you really can't spin it to get a good view from the sofa. I think I am watching it right now at like a 10 degree viewing angel. Gage at the front desk is awesome. I'll likely be back when I'm in the area. read more

Had an amazing time here. The reviews are sparse and few but no complaints from me. We got upgraded to a suite through Hilton Honors and even did the 25% off price match as we found cheaper rates on Expedia. The suite was very spacious, pretty brand new, and felt like a modern apartment. It has a kitchenette (sink, counter, microwave, mini fridge), sofa bed, king size bed, large desk, tv that swivels to bed watching or sofa watching, and large modebathroom with closet. I felt like we were staying in a modern studio vs a hotel. The cabinets still smelled new. Hotel amenities are sparse but there's a gym, free breakfast (during covid it's takeaway bags during limited breakfast hours), business center etc. didnt even utilize so glad the room was spacious enough. It's located in the Keller town square so some shops, a grocery store, restaurants etc but pretty quiet town square. I had the opportunity to visit this new Hampton Inn during an open house celebration and was very impressed with the facilities! I stay at Hamptons and Hilton-affiliated hotels an average of 30 nights per year, and this site is far and away the nicest Hampton I've ever seen. Well lighted halls, nicely designed rooms, and very nice common areas. I haven't had the opportunity to stay here yet, so I can't speak to that experience, but the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I hope all new Hamptons look like this one! It also fits very nicely in the space, and will be a great addition to the Keller Town Center. read more

This is my first time traveling since the pandemic the room was very well cleaned and they also did have the sticker on the door .to make sure that no one else has been in the room since it was cleaned . Awful experience. The room we were in had blood on the sheets and pillow. The guy at the front desk gave us a new room and said we would not be charged for the night. We recently stayed at this location and once I discovered that none of their bagged breakfast items were gluten free, the GM went to the grocery store. She hand delivered a bag of GF cereal, milk, bowls and spoons to our room so I would have a breakfast for the. next couple of days. Now that's customer service!!
