What a nice hotel! Very clean. Women up front at the desk are very nice. Roomy rooms. Nice breakfast. Recommend highly!

I arrived at this Hampton Inn in early December 2025 expecting the usual conveniences of a Hilton-owned affiliate, but was very disappointed. The previously-reserved room I was given - although it had the accessible shower I wanted - lacked normal features: the door didn't lock (with the switch turning only half-way); the wall thermostat was confusing to use (there was an initial setting in Centigrade and after I found how to select a desired Farenheight temperature, the display returned to room temperature - without showing the setpoint I wanted; there was no luggage holder to put my suitcase on - which left me the choices of laying my heavy suitcase down on the floor or up on a high tabletop; and although the room had a desk, the small desk chair was height-unadjustable - so when I sat at the desk my computer keyboard was too high to use normally. I complained to the night clerk, and also explained that when I called her using the room phone, I had found a dead, hard-shelled bug next to the phone. To "fix" these issues, the night clerk offered to move me to a second room - which she "upgraded to a king-sized suite" - and to bring me a chair from the conference room which she thought (although it had no wheels or height adjustment) would be taller. When she showed up with the conference room chair, she mentioned that all desk chairs in the hotel were identical - so I can only guess someone in Hilton Purchasing got a really good price on a hundred or so ugly, short yellow chairs. The second room I was moved to was the cheapest version of a so-called "suite" I have ever rented. The thermostat was the identical model to the first room, and I gave up setting it because when the wall HVAC came on the unit made a distinctly unpleasantly high "humming" noise. I tried turning on my iPhone fan app to cover the noise, but the HVAC unit was louder. My only answer was to totally turn off the room temperature control. Luckily the room stayed relatively warm, since it was surrounded by other rooms. While this room did have a luggage holder (folded up inside the closet), the same problem was present with the yellow deskchair; it was identical to the first room which meant again that I couldn't raise the desk chair seat to a point where I could type on my computer. The conference room chair was about an inch taller, but was still too short to enable me to use the keyboard. (The night clerk suggested I could maybe put a bed pillow in the seat to make it higher.) So, I had to give up doing the important hour's worth of work I had intended to do before bed. Definitely NOT a business-person-friendly room. Additional problems with this so-called "suite" were: there was no clock in the room, so I was dependent on using my phone to tell time and set my wake-up alarm. But, as it turned out there wasn't an AC outlet anywhere to plug my phone into on the left side of the bed anyway - not on the wall, and not on the wall-mounted lamp base. The lack of updating at this facility definitely shows with the lamps: the wall-mounted lamp was stainless steel on the left side of the bed, the mis-matched lamp on the other side of the bed was an orange-colored free-standing porcelain lamp. It seems this room was built for inconvenience: the bathroom door opened into the shower/toilet room; if one is using the commode, one has to move one's legs to open or close the door. And, while this dinky room had a vent over the tub, it didn't seem to move much volume. Washing one's hands is done in a sink outside the small bathroom. But, don't expect amenities there, as the Kleenex box contained exactly four tissues. All in all, Hampton Inn and Suites Lenoke was a $154/night rip-off for me. I set my phone to wake me at 6AM and checked out of the building at 7AM. I wasn't inclined to even check out the free breakfast. It is a Hampton Inn not much unlike others, so you pretty know what you should expect. It is one of the things that I've come to appreciate whether traveling for business or pleasure when it comes to Hampton Inns. Complimentary breakfast, bed types, layout, convenient locations, etc. In this case I was driving alone from Georgia to Arizona anxious to make good time, stay on course and get on/off the freeway with convenience and no surprises a top priority. Late night and getting tired, it was time to pull over. Found them on my mobile app and they were right there on an upcoming exit, so perfect! However I never experienced so many add-on costs before. For Arkansas mind you . . . Arkansas of all places . . . there are way too many line items for "Room/Suite taxes" upon checkout. Every line, 6 lines total, all say "Room/Suite taxes", no other explanation. You similarly do not like it, but sadly kind of expect these surprises and stuff added-on in Las Vegas, NYC, etc. So be aware this may be Arkansas, but they think they are on South Beach in Miami. I asked to understand why and someone who said they were a manager called me later and basically had no real explanation. If you find yourself like me needing a quick stay, keep on driving thru Lodoke where I am sure you can a good room, but with more Arkansas-like room rates. read more

Stopped here on a road trip, check in was fairly quick and easy, the hotel and the room itself were very clean quiet, the bed and linens were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. read more

No pictures but we showed up around 12:15 am without a reservation and were greeted by the desk clerk with a warm and helpful attitude. Brooke was helpful and friendly checking us in. She was out of rooms that we wanted, but gave us an upgrade with military discount. The room was clean and a welcomed sight over holiday inn expresses we have stayed at. Our bed was firm and didn't sag in the middle. It was already cooled down for us. In the morning, the breakfast was ok. Filled our belly's. They only had 2% milk, juices, waffles, and biscuits and gravy. I would stay here again. read more

Stopped to get a room. Doors were locked. There is a buzzer to the left of the door to get someone to open the doors. We rang it for a good 10 mins and no one ever came to the door or desk. So we are back on the road Also- this is a dry county (if that is something that interest you) read more

Very clean, very hospitable, great price- everything you come to expect from Hampton Inn & Suites! Conveniently located to where we came from and where we are going! UPDATE: don't waste your time on the "breakfast" they provide. Set time aside and go get a real breakfast and skip the COVID breakfast. I had a recent foot surgery and needed a handicap accessible room. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and the bathroom was over-the-top well equipped to handle someone with a wheelchair or scooter that needed to take a shower. We had a wonderful nights rest, and definitely will be utilizing this hotel again in our travels. read more

I would give this location a -1 if I could, so a one is more than I believe they deserve. I arrived at the Lonoke location on December 27th and had to go to the front desk because I was not given a digital key. There was a short wait as the guest in front of me completed their check-in. As I approached the desk, the female clerk was borderline unfriendly in their greeting. While I was checking in, the clerk sharply stated that I needed to swipe my credit card. I said to "Please, use the card on file" and was SHOCKED to hear, "You are JUST silver status! You need to swipe your card." The tone used was also loaded with arrogance. I have been traveling throughout the United States this year for business and have been in various Hilton brand hotels, but they aren't available everywhere, therefore I am only a Silver status member of their rewards program. I stood there stunned for a few seconds and I said, "Wow, JUST silver status, what a way to make someone feel welcome!" The clerk immediately started backpedaling and said, "I didn't mean it in that way! I ask Diamond and Gold members to swipe their cards too." YEAH RIGHT! If that was the case, then why not say, "We are asking everyone to swipe their cards." She also forgot that I had stood there watching her interaction with the guest before me and her tone of voice was so much nicer, but he must have either been a Diamond or Gold member. Never before have I encountered such prejudiced approach to service and snobby attitude at a hotel. My wife and I have travelled over 8000 miles across this beautiful country this year, 3 weeks on the road last May and just returned home from 19 days with several stays in a Hampton Inn across the country. Whether in Lonoke, AR or Nashville, TN, Prattville, AL the quality of our stay was outstanding. The employees that we interacted with for a variety of reasons were very courteous and friendly, we felt welcomed. I cannot tell you how impressed we were with the breakfast the Inn painstakingly provides every day. We will always seek a Hampton Inn in our future travels and recommend a stay during yours! read more

Located outside of Little Rock. Hotel is right off of 40. Very clean and very modern. Not sure when they opened the establishment but it looks so new inside and super clean. Charles is awesome. He was very nice and provided great recommendations of the area. He greeted us as soon as we walked into the hotel and we felt like we were at home. read more

I had no issues with this Hotel, Walmart right behind it and Burger King and Waffle House as well, I love the location, right on the outskirts of Little Rock, I recommend anybody who is driving and want to get a head start by passing Little Rock, this is a great stop, easy access to i40 and no traffic at all.. read more

Water bugs in the last three rooms we've stayed in, switched rooms but they still were present. Squatters in the back parking lot with intimidating dogs. Took our dog out to our vehicle and the homeless ladies' dogs (4 off them) drug her across the pavement to get to our dog, bloodying her back and before I could get my lab in the truck her pit mix had bit my dog on the rear. Advised manager but all she said was that they were locals who just got out of jail and everyone who would help had helped and that she wasn't going to do anything. They were present for the remaining few days of our stay. Spoke with a police man during our walk one evening and he advised that the motels on the Walmart side of the road were sketchy and he would never suggest anyone stay in them. Quick little stay at this property after a 14 hour drive! I have to say I was impressed with this location and was pleased with all the amenities it offered. The front desk lady welcoming and provided us with an upgraded room due to our Hilton Honors status. The room was very spacious and felt very clean. We did not participate in the free breakfast as we enjoyed the time to sleep in a little. Overall this location was perfect and we will certainly be back next time our travels bring us to the area. read more

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at this location. Very limited interaction with staff, but everyone we delt with was very nice!! The room was comfortable and VERY CLEAN!! This is always most important!! Due to Covid 19 the breakfast was very limited but what was offered was tasty and helped start the day. Only complaint was they ran out of sausage biscuits while I was getting breakfast. Would certainly return if in the area! read more

We almost always stay in Hampton Inns, but this facility deserves a shout out. The staff is friendly and hospitable and obviously running an excellent facility. They are now providing all services, including breakfast, beverages for Hilton Honors patrons and warm cookies. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were clean and heated. This facility is located just outside of Little Rock with lots of restaurants and a Walmart nearby. We will definitely include this location in our next road trip! read more

Nice facility, recently opened, has complimentary breakfast 6-10 am. Honors AAA and AARP discounts. Pricier than the other 3 motels in this location, but is a few yards farther from the highway noise. An overall better experience than many. We didn't use the pool, but noticed it's attractive setting. read more

Unbelievable value!! This place was CLEAN! They even clean the blankets, which most places only clean the sheets and you're left to wonder what bodily fluids have been living in the blankets you're cuddling with. The bathroom was spotless, descent workout area and even the breakfast was a slight upgrade to most. The rooms were perfectly quiet. Very comfortable. We have been on a 3 week road trip and this hotel was the best we stayed in and we spent $102 on the room. We spent almost $300 a night at another place and it came in second to this one. (Although the pricier one has more on site amenities.). I highly recommend this place if you're passing through and want a good night rest for the right price. read more

I prefer to stay in Hampton Inns when we travel- this place is so clean - room was outstanding - great layouts - wonderfully hot showers. I have no complaints. The young lady that checked us in was wonderful and gave us a Great recommendation for supper. Kudos on this location. read more
