Made reservations weeks/months in advance and we arrive as schedule, check in was fast and easy and given keys to our rooms(2). After entering our room we received a text from our Son regarding the mattress in their room being stained up(they check for bed bugs) stains looked like urine stains so we checked our mattress and found stains on both sides, also our trash hadn't been emptied from previous guest. Went down to front desk and was told there was no guarantee other beds weren't different and that they were sold out for that night anyway, plus she also told us that's what mattress protectors/pads were for. Told her we had no intention to sleep on it and canceled reservation which she did. Have only been refunded for incidentals so far will fight other charges if needed. Girl at front desk was rather unapologetic over this. Fortunately we were able to find another Hotel with vacancies that was much nicer and pool that was open.

Stayed here for two nights while in the area for a game convention. This was my first stay here and really left me disappointed given the Hilton standards I am used to. We checked in on a Friday night - utilizing the app but scooping a couple physical keys for the boys. On the front desk were cookies so we loaded up to keep the momentum up. The room - despite it being an ADA accessible room was very tight quarters. Not sure how that's ADA-complaint. We had a two bed room. With four of us- we asked for a cot to spread out. We were told that bc it was a two bed room they don't do that. That is a lie. They do that bc I have done it before. Strike one. The overall layout of the hotel was good - seemed clean etc. The room - other than being tiny for four big dogs was nice. However - the TV was a YouTube TV. Seems like a good deal unless you want to find a channel that isn't on there - or if you want to watch ball sports. Then comes the elevator - one was out. Or was out of order which they marked off with a luggage cart and signage. So we waited 5 minutes and only the out of order one would come to our floor - so we used the stairs. Working a 10hr day and having to run stairs isn't an experience I'd like to encounter. Strike two. And we come to my favorite part of a Hampton Inn stay: Breakfast. Saturday morning we had to be out super early so we hit a Dunkin drive thru, but Sunday AM the boys came downstairs. And the trainwreck ensued. First - they had omelettes first when I came down earlier - then when we all came down there was one omelette and a 1/10 pan of powder eggs. The sausages were over cooked but cold - and NOTHING was refilled. I had to ask for them to refill syrup, the breads and muffins were out - and the Apple juice crapped out. Place was a mess. Tables weren't cleaned. Awful. Strike 3. Three strikes means 3 stars.

Very nice Hampton Inn, great customer service, great rooms and best of all the breakfast was great. When I visited there was a very light dusting of snow and the color of this hotel was actually beautiful. Check out my picture because I've. Ever seen a Hampton Inn punted like this. The only negative thing about this hotel is that it's actually very difficult to find. Once your off the freeway look for signs because it's very easy to miss.

Overall nice stay while in Syracuse for the weekend with friends. Staff was friendly and service was good...room was clean and bed was comfortable. Free wifi for Hilton Honors members, breakfast and parking... Hotel location is not to far from the baseball park where the Syracuse Mets play, which was what we came for. Nice lobby area - love the blue lights. Fresh baked cookies late afternoon for a snack. Breakfast - make your own waffles in the morning, fresh squeezed press juice options, pastries, etc. Great overall stay...would stay here again next time in town.

Overall a great place. I arrived after being stuck in a car for 10 hours and I arrived to the hotel and was greeted by some of nicest people i have ever met. The room service was great and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. A great thing you must check out is the free breakfast, it was a very diverse breakfast with many types of juices, waffles and cereals. The hotel was great except for the pool, went there to just sit and relax but the water was very murky and dirty. Other than the pool, I would recommend anyone that needs a great cheap place to stay, to come here.

Typical Hampton Inn, nothing wrong with that. Kids say the pool was too small, but they had plenty of fun.

The staff here was very helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with when booking the conference room. They were equally helpful when I arrived and needed access. The room had a TV in it as well as a large table and it was comfortable for the all day meeting we had. Regarding my staff, checking in was great. The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They have an M Club here, which I visited a couple of times. I wanted bottled water, which they don't have in the M Club, rather you need to get it from the front desk. They use water refilling stations in the M Club, which I hate when staying in a hotel, I'd rather have the bottled water in the fridge in my room, so I'm glad they were able to accommodate me on this. The guy working the M Club both times I visited (in the evenings) was great, friendly too! The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL! Honestly, I stay in hotels weekly and I'm pretty much done with the typical design of the average Marriott and this one breaks that mold! It's historic, beautifully renovated, perfectly operational, and centrally located. My room was very nice! They upgraded me to a suite and when they told me this during check in, I wasn't too impressed, as I hear that I'm "upgraded" all the time, but when I get to the room, they look typical. This room was HUGE! It had a living room, two king size bedrooms, and two full baths in it. The living room had a nice desk and plenty of seating for a family. There were also 3 TVs in this room. Bathrooms in the rooms were beautifully renovated to have a period look and they worked nicely. Housekeeping even did a nice job keeping everything polished in this room. Overall, I really enjoyed this stay. I'd most definitely return here in the future!

We got a king suite with a separate kitchen and sitting area, as we were not leaving our room much due to surgery. The room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable and there were a lot of pillows. You could have parked a Buick in the bathroom! We ended up being done with our medical appointments two day early. They were unable To refund our room (which they were not obligated to do anyway) but willingly gave us one free nights stay voucher. How wonderful is that! So accommodating and nice. The two staff ladies at the desk were so kind to us. This hotel has a "wall of fame" where you can see a few of the stars who have stayed there. It's in the heart of a city circle area where there are some shops and restaurants to walk to. Again, we were only able to leave for a bit (for our sanity) but it's location was perfect for a walk. We will definitely be back!

Could've been a hell on earth uation where we were ripping each other's heads off, but these people straight up kept us happy, fed, and didn't treat us like lepers despite the fact that we looked like hot garbage. They even drove us to the local pharmacy to get meds for the kids more than once. Not sure what people think about Hampton, but i used to think: dinky/ kitschy. FAKE NEWS YA'LL. We got better service and care here than I've had at any other resort around the world. These people genuinely cared about us, listened after we got bumped off 2 Flights and treated us like family. I would've had dinner w them. It wasn't just 1-2 people. It was literally everyone who worked there. On top of this we got free breakfast that actually tasted good. Biz services were legit and the team helped by printing things out correctly for me better than FedEx Kinko's does when it didn't work for me and I was under a tight deadline. They even chatted with me when I was about to lose my mind about work stuff. Who does that? You made a crappy situation into a warm, comfy hug of a stay when our kids were losing it and we were basically hallucinating elephants due to that awesome COVID fever.
