I've been renting from them for the past 8 months and have never had any issues, I just moved my stuff out this past weekend and hadn't had a chance to contact them and give them my 30 day move out notice, which I figured I'd just pay the next months rent, but today they contacted me to let me know the lock was missing from my storage unit and I told them that I had just moved my stuff out and hadn't had a chance to tell them and they were very kind and asked me where they could send my security deposit and said that my balance due is zero.
