Now I'm trying to get another person to help me with 2024 return. I showed up for scheduled appt and they said they couldn't do my return, had to use someone at other office. That person won't return phone calls or email. I've paid significant money for preparation of past returns, you'd think they would return a call or an email. Uniformly bad experience with both offices. Needless to say, I will go elsewhere or prepare myself.
