Also Rebecca was my go-to acupuncturist off and on the last year and a half, and her cupping was amazing but she was a little rough with needles. I've seen multiple acupuncturists all over the US so I'm not new to this. I have been receiving care from them for a myriad of health concerns the last nearly 2 years. The last few months, however, I switched from private pay to VA and I was constantly hearing how difficult it was to get them to pay, contact them for approvals, etc. The administrator, Sandy was who I spoke with today stated I was "ruining lunch" by trying to reschedule and then proceeded to tell me that it would be best for me to find another acupuncture clinic despite my years of regular patronage. Attempting to get any appointment is like pulling teeth and I've been rescheduled on multiple times by them but I've made it work. I've also booked out appointments until mid-August that are all being canceled now and need to be re-coordinated with the VA Choice program. The staff is rude, inconsiderate, and obviously not being paid in a timely fashion by the VA and punishing me because of it. I'm happy to be seeing another acupuncture clinic that has more flexible scheduling, but their treatment of me as a combat veteran was ridiculous. I suggest you go elsewhere if you're considering this place.
