First, for a price of $55, I at least expect my nails to be uniform and straight. As you can see, that is certainly not the case. Almost every nail is crooked. Not only are the nails crooked, but they are completely uneven and lumpy. My right hand looks entirely different from my left hand. Second, the technician filed beyond my natural nail into the nail bed, especially on my left thumb. This caused pain and concerns for potential infections. Third, the demarcation line between the white and pink is not an ombré. The nail tech mentioned after the service that it was too light of a pink to use... but she could have told me that prior to putting it on. By the time she said something, I had already been there for an hour and a half and was getting ready to walk out of the door. When I brought this up prior to paying, the nail tech offered to fix the lack of uniformity. The pictures included are after she attempted to do so, and yet the nails are still uneven. Afterwards, they only took off $5 for these issues. I expected salon quality nails, and received abhorrently bad service with no acknowledgement from the staff at how poorly done these nails are, not to mention having a nail technician file into my nail bed. The price for this service was absolutely unacceptable. I have taught myself how to do acrylic nails off YouTube, and they turn out better than this using my non-dominant hand. If you're wondering if it was busy, because perhaps that could be an excuse, it wasn't. I walked in as three people were walking out and was one of three people by the time my service was over. So, before you decide to have your nail service done here for a basic pink to white ombré, look at these nails and ask yourself if this is worth $50 (much less $55), because apparently the establishment does!
