Replacing our back steps…read more The wooden steps that came with our house when we bought it were marginal at best and that was nearly 25 years ago. We had a rickety rail on one side that was removed when we had the sliding glass back door replaced. I've included the before pictures of what we had. Scary, aren't they? In less than two days, Francisco removed the old ones and replaced them with new steps with solid heavy-duty railings. The new steps, with their shorter risers, are much safer and easier for the less steady among us. One of the most gratifying things was how well Francisco listened when we explained what we needed an turned it into a reality. Husband said that the steps were exactly what he was thinking. Jairo and team arrived on time, completed the the job, and cleaned up the site afterwards.
