They did a very nice job and our condo is so much closer to completion thanks to them. Here are the tasks I had them complete: - master bdr closet wall had pulled from its stud and was damaged. During the repair, nick pointed out the damage was likely caused by an old crack in the exterior wall. He replaced the rotten wood stud and repaired the wall nicely. - sand, skim-coat, apply knockdown texture, and paint walls and ceilings of the master bdr closet and bathroom, and kitchen. - sand, prep, paint and install 5 replacement interior doors. - replace a hideous, troublesome pocket door with a pre-hung door and frame - (really nicely done!) - install 6 window fixtures - prep, prime, and paint 5 sets of bi-fold, louvered closet doors. repaired and finished trim on all. - clean, sand, prep and paint all door frames, kitchen nook frame, etc. I found both Nick and Matt to be careful, thoughtful, respectful, honest, conscientious, and diligent throughout the entire two weeks they worked on our unit. They also worked around a schedule trip I took. I am very satisfied with the work completed for the price to which I agreed.

They were very sloppy and did not properly cover or mask off bathroom sinks and light fixtures. When I confronted Nick, who was in charge, he stated that's how we work and we"ll clean up when the job is finished, which they never did.They used my new step ladder and several hand tools without my permission. They got paint all over my ladder and walked off with my hand tools. I finally did get my tools back after I had to chase them down but they never cleaned my ladder. Unfortunately, my wife paid them before I could inspect the job. When I did, I found numerous issues that needed to be addressed. Nick returned and had to spend four hours dealing with these issues and never completed the task. He even forgot to paint half of a wall in the bathroom. In my last conversation with Nick, I told him not to return and that I would finish the job myself as he was obviously incapable of completing it. We are going to offer our home for sale so, they made it more attractive and looking ready to sell! They provided more than painting and can handle most anything it seems. Drywall work can be very messy/dusty, but not only did they tarp off all of the furniture in the room, each night they finished they cleaned up every spec of dust. They did an incredible job repairing our wall that got water damaged from a leaking A/C air handler in the attic. Not only did they have to tear out drywall and kill mold in the wall and replace the drywall, they also had to match the texture we have on all of the walls of our house. The final price ended up being more than the initial estimate, but Anthony said right up front if there was mold it would be a bigger and more costly job. I still think it was a good value for the amount of work, their respectfulness, and the way the cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Anthony for any carpentry/drywall job and will be calling him back for our next job.

He informed me that he could also complete the roof project at the property as he had sub contractors and would manage the job. After the roof was completed I found that neither he nor his workers had a roofing license and they completed the work illegally and not to code. To add insult to injury, the roofers did not properly tarp the roof and the interior of the home including the insulation was destroyed and needed to be replaced. Due to Irma it has taken months to get this project restarted. The roof needed to be torn off and another roof put on the home. Needless to say we never got to the drywall portion of the project. Alex will not return the money that was paid to him and now I must take him to court to get my uncle's money returned. Believe me, Nelson is NOT your solution!
