I was informed that they do not take reservations except from the person being picked up, which is interesting since in corporate america is where the biggest accounts lie. When I went to inquire further to find a possible solution to this problem I was hung up on. I would never refer such a terrible service to anyone. Just because a link comes at the top of a google page does not mean the company is any good. I recommend don't support a company that encourages such embarrassing behavior from their staff.
