I can't speak to this organizations work because we never got to that end, but the owner's complete lack of respect for time and simple customer courtesy did not exist. I contacted Onsight Construction on the referral of two friends and after viewing some of his work online... 10/6 Thursday - called and left mssg re: job estimate. Voicemail said "your call is important to me...I will return it no later than end of business the following day" I0/11 Tuesday - Five days later, Owner Matt M called and said his phone was having problems and he got a huge dump of messages (including mine) the night before. Not happy with such a late response, but scheduled for estimate on Thursday two days later anyway 10/13 Thursday - Matt comes out and in 15 mins reviews the three jobs suggesting they're an easy fix, offers some alternative ideas, takes my email and says "Give me a day or two and I'll email you an estimate" 10/18 Tuesday - Five days later I still haven't heard from Matt so I call asking about the estimate 10/21 Friday - Two days more and still nothing so I call again and leave my name and email awaiting a response 10/27 Thursday - Six more days and still nothing so I leave a message asking for anyone to return my call, hoping somebody would abide by the "return your call by end of business the following day" mantra 10/28 Friday - In a last ditch effort I attempted contact through email on their company website noting that I understand scheduling the work may be a negotiable time frame based on the jobs they already may have booked, but all I wanted was acknowledgement and an opportunity to accept/decline their work (i.e. A return call to discuss options) To this date, three weeks later - nothing. Highly disappointed with a company that completely dropped the ball when it comes to common courtesy and good customer service.....
